Art and his wife Holly have two daughters, Haley and Hannah. Art holds a doctor of ministry degree from Abilene Christian University, and has completed 50 graduate hours in communication. He loves reading and playing tennis and Hearts. Art has a passion for helping people discover God's unconditional love and amazing purpose for each person's life.

Scotty Sanders
Scotty and his wife Cindy have two married children and four precious granddaughters. Their son, Jacob and his family live in Louisiana; their
daughter, Jenny LoBello and her family live in Argyle. Scotty received
his masters in religious education from Grand Rapids Theological
Seminary. He is CEO and Founder of Life Catalyst Consulting, and
president of Church Catalyst, a not for profit company. Scotty enjoys
reading and exercising. He is an author of books, training materials and
published articles. Over his 25 years in the ministry, he has trained
thousands in leadership and evangelism. His passion is to help others
live, lead and finish well.

Lisa Rowland
Lisa and her husband, Ken, have one daughter, Amber. Lisa is passionate about Children's Ministry, and she feels privileged to partner with families in their children's spiritual development. Lisa wants every child to know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, with very special and unique spiritual gifts. She wants them to find comfort in knowing that Jesus loves them and is always by their side.

Jake Jarrell
Jake and his wife, Stacy, have one son, Luke. Jake graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry, with a focus in Missions. He loves sports, reading, playing spades with friends, being with his family, and for some crazy reason, teenagers! Jake has a passion for helping teens see the glory of God in their lives and watching the Holy Spirit transform these young men and women into what they were created to be: sons and daughters of God. Jake also feels called to partner with parents as a resource for them and to come along side of them in one of the toughest seasons of life to help their kids develop a faith that will last.

Will Warfel
Will and his wife Alana have one daughter, Hope. Will graduated from Dallas Christian College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Youth and Family Ministry. He has served in full-time and part-time ministries, worked in the corporate world, and traveled and played as a recording artist in the independent band, Hollow. Will has the desire and calling from God to lead others into a relationship with God through worship and music.

Katie Rushing
Katie came to us from Louisiana, where she recently received her bachelors degree online in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. She plans to pursue a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to become a licensed counselor. Katie has served in a full time ministry position at First Baptist Church of West Monroe and served on the worship team at North Monroe Baptist Church. She enjoys playing the piano, cooking, tennis, reading and knitting. Katie has a passion for studying God's Word and showing God's love to others, especially people who are hurting.

Jenny Lobello
Jenny Lobello serves as a student ministry assistant at BridgeWay. She coordinates details related to all activities related to our teenagers' spiritual growth. This includes the administration of specifics related to Sunday and Wednesday bible studies, adult volunteers for student groups, planning for summer camps, and all other special events. Jenny is the go-to person for any major event for BridgeWay Student Ministries. Jenny formerly served as Community Relations Director for Chik-Fil-A in Flower Mound. Jenny and her husband Justin have two daughters, Abby Grace and Ashlyn.

Toni Reeder
As an entrepreneur, Toni Reeder has been creating and leading businesses for over 30 years. She is devoted to her work for the Lord by facilitating positive changes for the Kingdom of God through the transformation of God's leaders. In addition, for over 20 years Toni has served on numerous Boards of Directors, coached executive and ministry leaders, and has created multiple MasterMind Groups. In these environments she has employed one-on-one coaching, group coaching, mentoring, and consulting skills that continue to have a positive impact. She is married to Gary, and they have two adult children who live nearby in the Flower Mound area.

Cliff Darwin
Clifford and his wife Ann live in Flower Mound. They have two married children and four incredible grandsons who live in the DFW area. Clifford earned his Bachelor's degree (Management) in 1995 from Amberton University. Having recently retired after 26 years with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service as a Department of Defense Civilian, Clifford serves as the Connection Group coordinator and is currently an Elder/Shepherd at BridgeWay. He and Ann have a heart for helping couples strengthen their marriage relationships. Clifford loves to read and exercise (to keep up with the grandsons).

David Tillman
Dave and his wife, Ernestine, have two grown children and three granddaughters. They have been part of churches in mission fields, including being members of a French-speaking church in Belgium. They have helped plant three new churches. They have also been involved in local, regional and international missions while members of churches in the US. They consider it a privilege and command that all Christians be involved in sharing their faith with lost people. They are willing and anxious to help Bridgeway members find their place in evangelism, and plug in.

Randi Eakin
Randi Eakin compiled a background in project management and administration from the corporate and academic worlds, but she is thrilled and feels honored to be serving since late September 2012 at BridgeWay!. She is married to her childhood sweetheart, Ron (he of the golden bass voice!) and they live in Flower Mound. They have two married adult sons, who are also Christians: Eric lives in Cedar Park (in the Austin area) with his wife Shannon; Jacob and his wife Deidre live with their two daughters in Garland. Randi likes reading, gardening, teaching, sudoku & crosswords and loves to spend time with family, especially those granddaughters!
